In Vivo

CCR8 agonist 2 (30-300 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; on day 1 and day 4 after PBMC infusion) increases the frequencies of CCR8⁺ regulatory T cells (Treg) and CD4⁺ conventional T cells, and enhances the CCR8 expression level per cell in a humanized graft-versus-host disease mouse model^[1].
