Seribantumab (MM 121) is a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody that targets HER3. Seribantumab blocks the activation of epidermal growth factor receptor (ErbB) family members and its downstream signal. Seribantumab inhibits neuregulin 1 (NRG1) fusion-dependent tumorigenesis in vitro and in vivo in breast, lung and ovarian patient-derived cancer models.

    Immobilized HER3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P72625) can bind Seribantumab. The EC50 for this effect is 7.53 ng/mL.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 MCF-7 cells labeling Seribantumab (HY-P99268, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG2 lambda (HY-P991206, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
