Acipimox sodium (0-100 μM; 0-4 hours) enhances leptin release from adipocytes isolated from Sprague-Dawley rats in a time- and dose- dependent manner[2].
Acipimox sodium (10 mM) stimulats leptin release in adipocytes from Streptozotocin (STZ)-treated and Zucker diabetic fat (ZDF) rats[2].
