BTK-IN-48 (Compound 6b) potently inhibits recombinant BTK with an IC₅₀ of 1.14 μM, and achieves an inhibition rate of 88.6% at a single concentration of 10 μM^[1].
BTK-IN-48 (10 μM) potently inhibits recombinant BTK and c-Src at a concentration of 10 μM, and exerts moderate inhibitory effects on LCK, BMX/ETK, FLT3 and PIM1^[1].
BTK-IN-48 (0-40 μM; 4 days) exerts mild growth inhibition on RPMI-1788 and RPMI-7666 normal B cells, but does not induce significant cell death^[1].
