CpG ODN 10101 (ODN 10101; CPG 10101) is a selective agonist targeting TLR9, a synthetic oligodeoxynucleotide modified with phosphate thioester. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature.
