JAK3-IN-20 inhibits migration, proliferation, and tumor growth of Bortezomib (HY-10227)-resistant cancer cells. JAK3-IN-20 induces dose-dependent apoptosis. JAK3-IN-20 can be used for the research of Bortezomib-resistant multiple myeloma .
