Synonyms: LPS, from bacterial (Klebsiella pneumoniae)
Lipopolysaccharides, from Klebsiella pneumoniae (LPS, from bacterial (Klebsiella pneumoniae)) are lipopolysaccharide endotoxins and TLR4 activators derived from Klebsiella pneumoniae, and are classified as S-type LPS. Lipopolysaccharides, from Klebsiella pneumoniae exhibit a typical three-part structure: O-antigen, core oligosaccharide, and lipid A. Lipopolysaccharides, from Klebsiella pneumoniae may participate in bacterial immune evasion by inhibiting complement-mediated killing and suppressing the host's secretion of antimicrobial peptides, thereby allowing the bacteria to escape immune defenses. Lipopolysaccharides, from Klebsiella pneumoniae possess high viscosity and resistance to serum-mediated killing, which may lead to sepsis. Lipopolysaccharides, from Klebsiella pneumoniae can be used to construct Acute Lung Injury Model .
It is recommended to prepare a solution with concentration ≥2 mg/mL. Vortex thoroughly for more than 10 minutes. Due to the adsorption characteristics of LPS, silanized container or low adsorption centrifuge tubes should be used for aliquoting and storage, and mix thoroughly before use.

Pep19-2.5 is an synthetic and antitoxin peptide, blocks the intracellular endotoxin signaling cascade. Pep19-2.5 inhibits signaling of lipopeptides (LP) and lipopolysaccharides (LPS) mediated by transmembrane and cytosolic pattern recognition receptors (PRRs). The signaling cascades lead to inflammation and cell pyroptosis .

Trypsin/Lys-C complex protease (MS grade) combines Trypsin and Lys-C, two recombinant proteases, to achieve efficient peptide bond hydrolysis. Trypsin specifically cleaves the C-terminal peptide bonds of arginine (R) and lysine (K), while Lys-C specifically cleaves the C-terminal peptide bonds of lysine (K). This combination overcomes issues such as the slower digestion rate of lysine and arginine by rTrypsin, PTM changes on lysine, or hydrophobic C-termini (such as proline) that can lead to missed cleavage. Trypsin/Lys-C complex protease (MS grade) can be used to process complex protein samples that are difficult to enzymatically digest. Trypsin/Lys-C complex protease (MS grade) can be used for protein characterization, single-cell proteomics and large cohort proteomics studies.

Apoptosis TNF Receptor

Research Areas:

Inflammation/Immunology Cancer

RP-832c is a synthetic analogue of host defense peptides (HDP), targeting the mannose receptor CD206 on the surface of M2 polarized macrophages (Kd = 3.5 μM). RP-832c binding to CD206 induces a significant conformational change in the receptor, activating signaling pathways that lead to rapid apoptosis and repolarization of CD206-positive M2 macrophages to an M1 phenotype. RP-832c treatment significantly reduces CD206 gene expression in M2 macrophages while transiently increasing expression of TNF-α, a marker for M1 macrophages. RP-832c is used for the studies of T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) .

MAGE-A1-derived peptide acetate is a short peptide sequence derived from MAGE-A1 protein. As a tumor-specific antigen, MAGE-A1-derived peptide acetate can be recognized and activated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), thereby generating an immune response to tumor cells expressing MAGE-A1. This immune response can lead to the lysis and death of tumor cells. MAGE-A1-derived peptide acetate can be used in the study of tumor immunity .
