FOXP

Forkhead Box P Protein

Forkhead box proteins (FOXPs) are transcription factors composed of FOXP1 (3p14.1), FOXP2 (7q31), FOXP3 (Xp11.23), and FOXP4 (6p21.1). They all possess a similar 110-amino acid DNA-binding domain, termed the winged helix/forkhead domain. FOXP1 regulates development of B cells, FOXP2 controls language development and FOXP4 mediates development of T cell. FOXP3, so called scurfin, is critically involved in differentiation and function of regulatory T cells or CD4+/CD25+ regulatory T (Treg) cells for cancer immunotherapy. FOXP proteins play important roles in the regulation of gene transcription in associated with immune function, carcinogenesis, differentiation and angiogenesis[1][2].

FOXP Isoform Specific Products:

Cat. No. Product Name Effect Purity Chemical Structure
  • HY-162943
    P60-L3-VHL
    Degrader 99.84%
P60-L3-VHL is a PROTAC-class Foxp3 degrader. P60-L3-VHL reduced cell differentiation and Foxp3 expression in activated Treg cells in vitro and had anti-tumor activity.
    P60-L3-VHL
  • HY-162946
    Alkyne-P60
    Inhibitor 99.96%
Alkyne-P60 is a potent 15-mer peptide inhibitor of Foxp3. Alkyne-P60 can bind with Foxp3, hinder its nuclear translocation, and diminish Foxp3-mediated inhibition of NFKB and NFAT functions. Alkyne-P60 is a ligand for target protein for PROTAC (HY-162943).
