HGH fragment 176-191
HGH fragment 176-191 is a fragment of Human Growth Hormone. HGH fragment 176-191 binds with high affinity to Ki-67, MiB proteins, and estrogen receptors. HGH fragment 176-191 enhances the toxicity of chitosan nanoparticles loaded with Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) against breast cancer. HGH fragment 176-191 promotes lipolysis and fat utilization in mice. HGH fragment 176-191 can be used in research related to targeted drug delivery for cancer and lipid metabolism.

Biological Activity
HGH fragment 176-191 binds with high affinity to Ki-67, Mib protein, and estrogen receptor proteins, and enhances doxorubicin binding affinity to progesterone receptor, human epidermal growth factor receptor, and Mib protein in silico[1].
HGH fragment 176-191 (0-2.5 µg/mL; 48 h) enhances the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin-loaded chitosan nanoparticles against MCF-7 breast cancer cells, resulting in an IC50 of 1.5 µg/mL after 48 hours of treatment[1].
HGH fragment 176-191 selectively activates beta-3 adrenergic receptor-mediated lipolytic signaling in adipose tissue to promote fat breakdown and reduce fat deposition, without stimulating systemic growth or elevating IGF-1 levels[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
HGH fragment 176-191 combined with Hyaluronic acid (HY-B0633A) promotes cartilage regeneration in osteoarthritic rabbits[2].
