DTX-P7
DTX-P7 is a peptide-drug conjugate. DTX-P7, composed of Docetaxel (DTX, HY-B0011) and a heptapeptide (P7), induces unfolded protein response and subsequent apoptosis by degrading Hsp90.

DTX-P7 inhibits the expression of membrane Hsp90 in dose- and time-dependent manners, while no change in mRNA level is observed[1].
DTX-P7 enhances phosphorylation of PERK and eIF2α, whereas no XBP-1 RNA splicing is observed when A549 cells are exposed[1].
