RUNX1/ETO-IN-1 exhibits anti-leukemic activity by inducing apoptosis and promoting differentiation in RUNX1/ETO-translocated AML cells. RUNX1/ETO-IN-1 remains essentially uncharged at physiological pH, demonstrating superior membrane permeability.
