CDK2/FLT4/PDGFRA-IN-1 exhibits potent antiproliferative effects against cancer cells (lung EBC-1, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma AsPC-1, colorectal HT-29 cells). CDK2/FLT4/PDGFRA-IN-1 can also induce apoptosis in cancer cells [1].
