Multi-target kinase-IN-5 significantly inhibits cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and induces cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. Multi-target kinase-IN-5 inhibits the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and downregulates the activity of its downstream substrate RSK to exert anti-tumor effects.
