Rademikibart (CBP-201) is a human monoclonal antibody targeting IL-4Rα and IL-4Rα inhibitor with a KD of 20.7 pM when binding to human IL-4Rα epitopes. Rademikibart does not bind to IL-4Rα from other species. Rademikibart inhibits IL-4 and IL-13-mediated STAT6 signaling, TF-1 cell proliferation and thymus activation regulated chemokine (TRAC) production. Rademikibart can be used for the research of atopic dermatitis and asthma.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5×106 Ramos cells with Rademikibart (HY-P990090, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
