PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-44 (I-332) (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA2 protein in A549 cells after 24 h, with a DC₅₀ < 100 nM and a degradation rate of over 90%^[1].
PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-44 (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA4 protein in MV4-11 cells, with a DC₅₀ < 100 nM, and the degradation rate reaches over 90% after 24 hours^[1].
