Soulattrolide is a non-nucleoside HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT) inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 0.34 µM for HIV-1 RT, 69.5 µM for E. coli RNase H, and >495 µM for human DNA polymerase β, and can be found in Calophyllum teysmannii latex. Soulattrolide can be used for the research of HIV-1 infection, pain, inflammation, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.

Cap-dependent endonuclease-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of cap-dependent endonuclease (CEN). Not only can Cap-dependent endonuclease-IN-2 inhibit influenza virus well, but also has lower cytotoxicity, better in vivo agent kinetic properties and in vivo pharmacodynamic properties. Cap-dependent endonuclease-IN-2 has strong inhibitory effect on RNA polymerase activity of A virus (extracted from patent WO2019052565A1, compound 28).

(±)-PM 92131 is a non-nucleoside HIV-1 inhibitor. (±)-PM 92131 has an anti-HIV-1 activity with IC₅₀s of 45.7 and 53.8 μM for HIV-1 RF strain in XTT cytoprotection and syncytium-forming assay, respectively. (±)-PM 92131 can be used for HIV infections research.

Lepetegravir (Example 24) is a HIV integrase inhibitor. Lepetegravir has antiviral effects (EC₅₀: 0.98 nM in MT-4 cells).
