BRD4-IN-5 (example 51) has half-lives of 6 minutes in human liver microsomes, 63 minutes in mouse liver microsomes, and more than 120 minutes in rat liver microsomes, respectively[1]. BRD4-IN-5 (3 days) inhibits cell proliferation against the breast cancer cell line MX-1, with an EC50 of 0.101 μM[1].
