SCR007 binds viral envelope N-glycans, blocking viral binding to host cells or both binding and membrane fusion. SCR007 exerts prophylactic effects in hACE2 mice infected with SARS-CoV-2. SCR007 can be used for the study and prevention of enveloped virus pandemics .
