Panaxytriol upregulates CYP3A4 by activating the nuclear receptor PXR/CAR. Panaxytriol improves motor dysfunction in a mouse model of brain inflammation. Panaxytriol can be used in the research of neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease) .
