Taccalonolide AJ is a microtubule stabilizer and antiproliferative agent with an IC50 of 4.2 nM against β-tubulin (β-tubulin) D226. Taccalonolide AJ increases cellular microtubule density, induces microtubule bundling, triggers G2/M cell cycle arrest with abnormal mitotic spindles, and inhibits cancer cell proliferation. Taccalonolide AJ can be used in the research of oral cancer, breast cancer, solid tumors, as well as tumors resistant to Paclitaxel (HY-B0015) and Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) .

MPT0B098 is a microtubule inhibitor with a Ki of 0.8 μM and an IC50 of 0.8 μM. MPT0B098 inhibits tubulin polymerization, blocks HuR nuclear-cytoplasmic translocation to decrease HIF-1α mRNA stability, suppresses HIF-1α, TGF-β/Smad, JAK2/STAT3 and FAK/actin cytoskeleton signaling pathways, upregulates SOCS3 to reinforce the inhibition of JAK2/STAT3 cascade, and induces apoptosis. MPT0B098 can be used for research on multiple malignancies including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and human non-small cell lung cancer .

SP-6-27 is a tubulin depolymerizing agent that binds to the colchicine site of β-tubulin. SP-6-27 induces G2/M cell cycle arrest in ovarian cancer cells. SP-6-27 enhances intrinsic apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells through upregulation of Bax, Apaf-1, caspase-6, caspase-9, and caspase-3. SP-6-27 reduces ovarian cancer cell migration. SP-6-27 inhibits capillary tube formation by human umbilical vein endothelial cells. SP-6-27 shows minimum cytotoxicity to normal ovarian epithelia. SP-6-27 shows enhanced cytotoxicity in chemo-sensitive/resistant ovarian cancer cells when combined with Cisplatin (HY-17394). SP-6-27 can be used for the research of ovarian cancer .
