BAY-297 (2.1 μM; 30 min) engages with PIP4K2A in THP-1 cell lysates, as measured by a CETSA with an EC₅₀ of 2.1 μM^[1].
BAY-297 (2.3->10 μM) inhibits CYP2C8 (IC₅₀ 2.3 μM), CYP2C9 (IC₅₀ 3.4 μM), and CYP3A4 (IC₅₀ 10 μM, time-dependent IC₅₀ 8.35 μM) in human liver microsomes, with no significant inhibition of CYP1A2 or CYP2D6^[1].
