PIP4K2A
PIP4K2A (PI5P4Kα) is a type 2 phosphatidylinositol-5-phosphate 4-kinase that phosphorylates the minor lipid PI5P to produce PI(4,5)P2, and in doing so governs cellular PI5P pools. Structurally it belongs to the PIPK fold superfamily shared with PIP5K enzymes. PIP4K2A localizes to both the nucleus and cytoplasm and has been implicated in insulin signaling, regulation of mTORC1-dependent growth control, stress responses and cell motility. Because its catalytic product is abundant while its substrate is scarce, PIP4K2A is viewed primarily as a rheostat for PI5P, a lipid that itself modulates nuclear and signaling processes.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
