Candicidin (≥50%) (Levorin (≥50%)) is an Antifungal antibiotic. Candicidin (≥50%) exhibits potent antifungal activity against yeasts and yeast-like fungi, such as Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Low concentrations of Candicidin (≥50%) do not adversely affect pea seed germination.

Activité biologique
Candicidin (≥50%) (2–5 days) exhibits potent antifungal activity against yeasts and yeast-like fungi, such as Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae[1].
Candicidin (≥50%) (50-1000 μg/mL; 5-6 days) does not inhibit pea seed germination at concentrations ≤125 μg/mL, but significantly reduced seed germination rate and root length only at concentrations ≥500 μg/mL[1].
