TMB-PS sodium (TMBZ-PS sodium) is an oxidizable signaling molecule that can be used for metal-organic framework (MOF)-related research. TMB-PS sodium serves as a chromogenic substrate for peroxidase, and its derivative GHTZIFs can be oxidized by horseradish peroxidase to form blue TMB-PS•+ in the presence of glucose.

Activité biologique
TMB‑PS participates in Zn‑O coordination to synthesize GHTZIFs nanospheres. This conjugate responds to glucose to generate blue TMB‑PS・+ radical cations and shows almost no response to other saccharide interferents[1].
