SM6.1-azide
SM6.1-azide is a reactant containing an azide group, which can be used in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition click reactions. SM6.1-azide facilitates the synthesis of trivalent targeted ligand-siRNA conjugates. SM6.1-azide undergoes click chemistry reactions with alkyne-modified oligonucleotides.
