Averythrin (up to 100 μM; 24-48 h) exhibits moderate, time-stable cytotoxicity to normal H9c2 cardiomyocytes and HaCaT keratinocytes, with IC₅₀ values ranging from 56.5 μM to 62.1 μM across 24 h and 48 h incubations^[2].
