TEAD-IN-21 selectively downregulates TEAD-dependent downstream genes. TEAD-IN-21 achieves tumor regression in a liver cancer-derived tumor xenograft mice model. TEAD-IN-21 can be used in the research of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .
