Mem-pH is a ratiometric fluorescent probe used for measuring vesicular pH. Mem-pH inserts into the plasma membrane bilayer and localizes to the vesicular lumen, switching between its basic and acidic forms via protonation during vesicular acidification to enable ratiometric pH readout.
