EB1 peptide (10:1-25:1 molar ratio of EB1 peptide: siRNA; 1 h) delivers significantly more siRNA into HeLa cells at low molar ratios, with 10-fold higher uptake at 10:1 and 2.5-fold higher uptake at 25:1 compared to Penetratin (HY-P2529)^[1].
