Buddlejasaponin I potently inhibits LTC₄ release from mouse peritoneal macrophages stimulated by the calcium ionophore A23187 (HY-N6687), with an IC₅₀ of 2.4 μM and a 100% inhibition rate at a concentration of 100 μM^[1].
Buddlejasaponin I slightly inhibits the release of PGE₂ from mouse peritoneal macrophages stimulated by calcium ionophore A23187, with an IC₅₀ of 93 μM and an inhibition rate of 40.4% at a concentration of 100 μM^[1].
Buddlejasaponin I inhibits TXB₂ release from human platelets stimulated by the calcium ionophore A23187, with an IC₅₀ of 27 μM and an inhibition rate of 76.7% at a concentration of 100 μM^[1].
