Lead-like Library is a collection of compounds used in new drug research and development (R&D), consisting of molecules with drug-likeness (meeting pharmaceutical physicochemical properties) and structural diversity.The structural characteristics of such libraries determine the distinct functions of small-molecule compounds: for instance, drug-like compounds bearing covalent groups can enhance binding activity through covalent binding to target proteins. Based on the different structural features of products, MCE has meticulously developed structure-classified compound libraries, such as Drug-Like Covalent Compound Library and Cysteine Protease-Targeted Covalent Compound Library. These libraries contribute to improving the efficiency of lead compound discovery and optimization.
