Functional Fragment Libraries

Functional fragment libraries enable the identification of a variety of monofunctional small molecules that fulfill specific biological functions, via screening for small molecules with defined functions and bioactivities within the libraries. Through in-depth analysis of published data and based on the latest research findings, we have identified a panel of structural fragments with specific functions. Following careful selection, we have successfully constructed several specialized libraries, such as Cysteine Targeted Covalent Fragment Library and Lysine Focused Covalent Fragment Library.
