SBI-183 is an orally active inhibitor of QSOX1 (Kd: 20 μM). SBI-183 suppresses the proliferative and invasive phenotype of renal cancer cell lines, including triple negative breast cancer cell line, lung adenocarcinoma cell line and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
