Acetobacter infection

Definition:

Acetobacter belongs to the group of acetic acid bacteria that oxidize alcohols or sugars incompletely. A. cibinongensis is one of the members that is mainly found in tropical fruits and flowers. A case of human infection with A. cibinongensis has been reported.
