Poretti-Boltshauser syndrome
Definition:
Poretti-Boltshauser syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by nonprogressive cerebellar ataxia, intellectual disability, and ocular apraxia with cerebellar cysts. It has been reported that mutations in LAMA1 cause this disease.
