EGR-1-IN-3 inhibits TNFα-induced binding of EGR-1 to DNA and expression of genes associated with inflammation (such as TSLP, IL-31, IL-6 and CCL2). EGR-1-IN-3 can be used in the study of inflammatory diseases[1].
