Biological Activity: EGR-1 IN-3 (Compound 36) is an early growth response 1 (EGR-1)-DNA binding disruptor. EGR-1-IN-3 inhibits TNFα-induced binding of EGR-1 to DNA and expression of genes associated with inflammation (such as TSLP, IL-31, IL-6 and CCL2). EGR-1-IN-3 can be used in the study of inflammatory diseases[1].
