Biological Activity: MLCK Peptide, control is a myosin light-chain kinase. Adding MLCK peptide to permeabilized L15 cells dramatically decreased IICR. MLCK peptide caused a reduction in the extent of IICR with no change in the affinity of IP3 for the IP3R[1].
