Biological Activity: (R)-SL18 is an annexin A3 (ANXA3) degrader with a Kd value of 1.15 μM for human ANXA3. (R)-SL18 induces ANXA3 degradation via the ubiquitination pathway, shows poor degradation selectivity among annexin family proteins, and its moderate ANXA3 binding affinity correlates with off-target effects. (R)-SL18 inhibits the proliferation, migration, invasion and colony formation of cancer cells. (R)-SL18 can be used in the research of triple-negative breast cancer[1].
