Vepdegestrant leads to the ubiquitylation and subsequent degradation of estrogen receptors via the proteasome. Vepdegestrant robustly degrades ER in ER-positive breast cancer cell lines with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) of about 2 nM .
