Dexamethasone phosphate (Dexamethasone 21-phosphate) disodium is a prodrug form of the glucocorticoid Dexamethasone (HY-14648). Dexamethasone phosphate disodium is produced by introducing a phosphate ester group at the 21-position of the Dexamethasone molecule, forming a salt with sodium ions, thereby significantly improving water solubility. Dexamethasone phosphate disodium inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced degradation of IRAK-1 and IRAK-4, and blocks LPS-induced activation of TRAF6, p-TAK1 and p-JNK. Dexamethasone phosphate disodium inhibits the secretion of RANTES, TGF-β1 and NO, promotes the production of MIP-1α and IL-10, and blocks microglial migration. Dexamethasone phosphate disodium is almost completely converted to Dexamethasone in rat blood, and supports transdermal delivery via iontophoresis. Dexamethasone phosphate disodium can be used in research related to steroid-dependent ulcerative colitis, chemotherapy-induced vomiting, allergic asthma and acute colitis (inflammatory bowel disease) .

DOTAP methylsulfat is a cationic lipid reagent, a cationic derivative of trimethylammonium, linked to two 18-carbon fatty acid tails, each with a single olefin group. DOTAP methylsulfat can self-assemble with negatively charged ions (such as DNA) to form complexes, which can be adsorbed to the cell membrane surface and enter the cell by electrostatic interaction and endocytosis, respectively. DOTAP methylsulfat promotes endosomal membrane fusion with its own hydrophobic domain, releases DNA into the cytoplasm, and exerts gene delivery function. DOTAP methylsulfat can be widely used in research fields such as gene therapy, cell transfection, and non-viral vector design .

2-Aminoethyl-mono-amide-DOTA-tris(tBu ester) is a metal chelator precursor containing a DOTA macrocyclic structure. DOTA can form highly stable complexes with metal ions (such as 68Ga, 177Lu) through four nitrogen atoms and four carboxylic acid groups to mediate targeted delivery of radionuclides. The tert-butyl ester group (tBu ester) of 2-Aminoethyl-mono-amide-DOTA-tris(tBu ester) also protects the carboxylic acid group during synthesis, and forms a free carboxyl group after deprotection reaction for coupling with targeting molecules (such as antibodies, peptides). 2-Aminoethyl-mono-amide-DOTA-tris(tBu ester) may be combined with tumor pre-targeting systems through bioorthogonal reactions (such as reverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction) to study radioactive imaging or therapy of tumor tissues, and is mainly used in tumor pre-targeting research in the field of nuclear medicine .

Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin sodium salt is a negatively charged β-cyclodextrin derivative, as well as a metal ion chelator and solubilizing reagent. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin sodium salt forms stable aqueous complexes with Ba 2+, Ca 2+, Cd 2+, Ni 2+, Pb 2+, Sr 2+, and Zn 2+ ions. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin sodium salt derived hydrogel carriers support oral insulin delivery via paracellular permeation across Caco-2 monolayers and produce sustained hypoglycemic effects in diabetic mice. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin sodium salt can be conjugated onto folate-modified BSA nanoparticles to boost folate receptor-mediated endocytosis, elevate intracellular anticancer drug uptake and trigger cell apoptosis. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin sodium salt can be utilized for chiral separation in capillary electrophoresis, development of nanoscale drug carriers and nucleic acid transfection research .

Kojic acid (Standard) is the analytical standard of Kojic acid. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Kojic acid is a substance produced by Aspergillus oryzae, with various biological activities including antitumor, insecticidal, antibacterial, antioxidant, and radioprotective effects. Kojic acid exhibits tyrosinase inhibition activity by capturing copper ions that bind to the active site of tyrosinase, preventing its activation. Tyrosinase is a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of melanin, so kojic acid can block melanin production. Additionally, kojic acid shows potential inhibition of NF-κB activity in human keratinocytes, which may also be related to the anti-melanogenic effect induced by kojic acid. Kojic acid is effective when administered orally and can also be absorbed transdermally. Nano-carrier systems prepared with kojic acid demonstrate effective delivery of anticancer drugs. Kojic acid holds promise for research in cancer, infectious diseases, and skin whitening among other fields .

YHV98-4 is a selective, blood-brain barrier permeable Hv1 channel inhibitor. YHV98-4 specifically inhibits Hv1 with a half-maximal inhibitory concentration of 1 µM without inhibiting other ion channels. YHV98-4 reduces the propagation of p-tau. YHV98-4 increases ATP production, and enhances microglial mitophagy. YHV98-4 attenuates inflammatory pain via inhibition of Hv1 and ROS production. YHV98-4 enhances microglia-to-neuron mitochondrial transfer, promoting the delivery of functional mitochondria to rescue neuronal damage and improve cognitive function. YHV98-4 reduces inflammation. YHV98-4 can be used in the research of Alzheimer's disease .
