3',5'-Cyclic-AMP phosphodiesterase

3',5'-Cyclic-AMP phosphodiesterase (EC 3.1.4.53) requires Mg2+ or Mn2+ for activity. 3',5'-Cyclic-AMP phosphodiesterase specifically hydrolyzes 3',5'-cAMP but does not hydrolyze other nucleoside 3',5'-cyclic phosphates, such as cGMP.
