Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57)
Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57) is a monoclonal antibody targeting human CD11a. Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57) binds to HA cells in a dose-dependent manner but did not bind to LA cells. Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57) preferentially binds to the active conformation of LFA-1 and blocks LFA-1-mediated adhesion and lymphocyte proliferation. Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57) can be used for the research of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

Anti-CD11a Antibody (AL-57) (0.01-100 nM; 30 min) specifically binds to HA K562 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with no binding to LA K562 cells[1].
Anti-CD11a Antibody (10 μg/mL; 30 min) preferentially binds to the activated high-affinity form of wild-type LFA-1 on PBMCs[1].
Anti-CD11a Antibody (0.01-100 nM; 30 min) potently blocks ICAM-1 binding to HA K562 cells with a mean IC50 of 0.4 ± 0.2 nM and to human PBMCs with a mean IC50 of 0.6 ± 0.4 nM[1].
Anti-CD11a Antibody (0.1-100 nM; 30 min) potently blocks HA K562 cell adhesion to primary human keratinocytes with a mean IC50 of 1.1 ± 0.8 nM[1].
Anti-CD11a Antibody (0.01-100 nM; 3 days) potently blocks PHA-induced proliferation of human PBMCs with a mean IC50 of 0.3 ± 0.1 nM[1].
