Cyclotraxin B (1 pM-100 nM; 48 h) inhibits BDNF-induced neurite outgrowth in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 of 12.9 pM, and significantly reduces the phosphorylation level of BDNF-induced MAPK in nnr5 PC12-TrkB cells[1].
