Biological Activity: Phenylbutyl isoselenocyanate (ISC-4) is a selective apoptosis inducer that increases reactive oxygen species levels to inhibit androgen receptor (AR) and activate p53 pathway. Phenylbutyl isoselenocyanate induces apoptosis in LNCaP prostate cancer cells and has anti-prostate cancer properties.
