Biological Activity: (rac)-Activated T subunit is the racemate of Activated T Subunit (HY-153406). Activated T Subunit can be used in the synthesis of exon jumping oligomer conjugates. The oligomer conjugates complement selected target sites in the human anti-muscular atrophy protein gene and induce exon 51 jumping. (rac)-Activated T subunit can be used for research of muscular dystrophy[1].
