Biological Activity: RU-TRAAK-2 is a completely reversible TRAAK (TWIK-related arachidonic acid-stimulated K+ channel) inhibitor. RU-TRAAK-2 exerts no activity for non-K2P channels (Kv1.2, Slo1 and GIRK2)[1]. RU-TRAAK-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
