Biological Activity: 11α,12β-Di-O-tigloyltenacigenin B is a polyoxypregnane-type natural product that occurs in Marsdenia tenacissima. It is also one of the major tenacigenin B ester markers in ETA, the total pregnane aglycone extract of M. tenacissima, and can be used for the identification and quality analysis of polyoxypregnane components in M. tenacissima[1][2].
