Biological Activity: Pralurbactam (FL058) is a β-lactamase (Beta-lactamase) inhibitor. Pralurbactam enhances the antibacterial activity of Imipenem against Mycobacterium abscessus. Pralurbactam reduces the pulmonary bacterial load in neutropenic mice infected with Mycobacterium abscessus. Pralurbactam can be used in research related to infections caused by Mycobacterium abscessus complex, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae[1][2].
