Biological Activity: GRK5-IN-4 (Compound 16d, CCG-265328) is a potent and and selective covalent GRK5 (G protein-coupled receptor kinase 5) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 1.1 μM. GRK5-IN-4 shows 90-fold selectivity over GRK2. GRK5-IN-4 can be used for heart failure research[1]. GRK5-IN-4 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
