Biological Activity: Steppogenin 4'-O-β-D-glucoside is a flavanone glycoside hypoglycemic agent that can be isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L. Steppogenin 4'-O-β-D-glucoside reduces the fasting blood glucose level of alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Steppogenin 4'-O-β-D-glucoside can be used in studies related to diabetes[1][2][3].
